A beguiling blend of Chinese White tea balanced with herbs and citrus. A great choice for either the tea connoisseur or the beginner. Can be served hot or iced.
Use 1.5 rounded teaspoons (5 grams) per cup (8 oz) of less than boiling water (175 degrees). Steep for 4 - 6 minutes and then enjoy! Our 2 oz bag makes approximately 20 cups of tea. For Iced Tea, use 3 rounded teaspoons steep as normal and pour over ice.
Notes: All tea may be steeped at least twice and still retain most of its flavor. Also, for stronger flavor add more tea, not time, because teas may taste bitter if over brewed.
