Our Classic Iced Tea is a blend of black teas from the Blue Mountains in southern India. It has a natural sweetness and is very smooth with just a hint of fruitiness. The smaller leaf style promotes a stronger brew, perfect for making iced tea.

Ingredients: black tea
Steeping Instructions: 3 grams | 10-12 oz water | 212 degrees | steep 3 minutes
Iced Tea Instructions: 4 grams | 10-12 oz water | 212 degrees | steep 3 minutes | pour over ice
Notes: All tea may be steeped at least twice and still retain most of its flavor. Also, for stronger flavor add more tea, not time, because teas may taste bitter if over-brewed.
