- We recommend using spring or filtered water.
- Using 1 tsp to 8 oz of water Steep at 195F/90C for 5-7 minutes.
- For Iced Tea, use 2 rounded teaspoons steep as normal and pour over ice.
Notes: All tea may be steeped at least twice and still retain most of its flavor. Also, for stronger flavor add more tea, not time, because teas may taste bitter if over-brewed.
