1. Fill press and desired cups with hot water to prep. Pour out water whenever desired.
  2. Spoon in the desired amount of finely ground coffee into the press.
  3. Heat desired amount of water to 205 degrees Fahrenheit.
  4. Pour water into the press and ensure all coffee grounds are wet. (Plunger and lid out of the press)
  5. Stir and let sit for about four minutes.
  6. Remove crema from the surface.
  7. Fill the rest of the press up with heated water.
  8. Place lid on top of the press, and do not press down the plunger.
  9. Let sit for another five minutes.
  10. Steadily press the plunger down completely.
  11. Use a mesh strainer to pour the coffee through into your (empty) cup and enjoy it.
