Instructions:
- Fill press and desired cups with hot water to prep. Pour out water whenever desired.
- Spoon in the desired amount of finely ground coffee into the press.
- Heat desired amount of water to 205 degrees Fahrenheit.
- Pour water into the press and ensure all coffee grounds are wet. (Plunger and lid out of the press)
- Stir and let sit for about four minutes.
- Remove crema from the surface.
- Fill the rest of the press up with heated water.
- Place lid on top of the press, and do not press down the plunger.
- Let sit for another five minutes.
- Steadily press the plunger down completely.
- Use a mesh strainer to pour the coffee through into your (empty) cup and enjoy it.
