1. Place a 10oz Bormioli Rocco glass coffee mug on the scale and tear to zero.
  2. Fill the coffee mug with 217g of off-gassed Grand Rapids City water boiled in the Chemex induction water Chettle.
  3. Pull a double shot of espresso – either our Brazil Reserve or Red Eye Espresso Blend.
  4. Pour the double shot of espresso on top of the hot water and stir.
