Their coffee can also be found in the Fulton street market. Their Dark roast Pour over is very good. Great experience on Saturday mornings! The owner loves to talk about all things coffee! Best of all, free specialty coffee with no pressure to purchase anything. Awesome variety of brewing demonstrations at noon on Saturdays as well! Prices are right on par with other specialty brands and a good amount less than the “other” roaster in GR. Recently bought a light roast from Panama and it was excellent!

Awesome roaster. Craig is super knowledgeable on coffees from around the world. He has many options to choose from. The Honduran Red Honey is fantastic!! Check out his American made roaster too. Saturday morning you can experience some interesting coffees and learn a ton. Enjoyable relaxing vibe.

My wife and I have enjoyed our visits to GRCR for over a decade. I first discovered Craig and his roastings from a news article left on a breakroom table at a former employer. At that time he was on the fifth floor walk-up in an semi abandoned warehouse in south-west GR. Thru the years we sampled over 60 different coffees from around the world. A few years ago (just before the lock-down) he moved down to the first floor in a much larger and more inviting area in the same building but now with access via a big blue door on Geofrey Ave SW plus ample parking in the rear. If you want to know about coffee just ask Craig.

Craig was so helpful, interesting and informative. We learned about coffee, where is comes from, how it's roasted, why it's roasted certain ways and he was ready to answer all of our questions. Not only that but the coffee was delicious. We purchased coffee that was roasted that day and have been enjoying it since. We will definitely be back. Thanks for a wonderful experience!
