This handcrafted black tea is skillfully made from tender young buds and expertly processed to form the buds into "snails". The tea has a strong yet smooth taste of milk chocolate and raisin bread with a malt finish making this tea truly an alluring cup.
Use 1 rounded teaspoon (3 grams) per cup (8 oz) of boiling water (212 degrees). Steep for 3 - 5 minutes and then enjoy! Our 2 oz bag makes approximately 24 cups of tea. For Iced Tea, use 2 rounded teaspoons steep as normal and pour over ice.
Notes: All tea may be steeped at least twice and still retain most of its flavor. Also, for stronger flavor add more tea, not time, because teas may taste bitter if over brewed.
