This is a classic British Breakfast blend. It's a beautiful, tippy, aromatic BOP leaf that steeps up full-bodied, with very little astringency. It is very hearty with a slight bright note and takes milk & sugar well, although it doesn't need it. Use 1 rounded teaspoon (3 grams) per cup (8 oz) of boiling water (212 degrees). Steep for 4 - 6 minutes and then enjoy! Our 2 oz bag makes approximately 24 cups of tea. For Iced Tea, use 2 rounded teaspoons steep as normal and pour over ice.
Notes: All tea may be steeped at least twice and still retain most of its flavor. Also, for stronger flavor add more tea, not time, because teas may taste bitter if over brewed.
