First I take fresh roasted Cashews and give them a generous dollop of my soft & gooey caramel and then dip each one by hand in a rich dark chocolate coating. Then I drizzle more rich dark chocolate over the top to give them a nice presentation in the box. My chocolate boxes are custom made with gold foil tops and liners. Each box is shrink wrapped by hand and then open code dated.
